These are short and sweet encouraging messages with mental health and crisis resources throughout. These can be used to pass out to others, placed around your town, or even just on your own mirror. In this Google Drive, there is both a PDF file with all messages included, or you can download the individual PNGs from the subfolder in the drive.
This is a coloring page about feelings that pairs well with a conversation about mental health and "big feelings". It's a perfect starting point to use with younger children. In this Google Drive folder, there is both a PNG and a PDF file.
This is an activity page used to spread the message that everyone matters, and everyone is important in some way. There is a space to add your fingerprint, to show your individualism and uniqueness, as well as a space to write why you believe everyone matters. This folder contains a PDF with instructions and the activity sheet in 8.5 x 11 format, best used for bulk printing. There is also a subfolder containing the individual activity sheets as a PNG.
These printable card templates are great for doing activities with others during the holiday season. In the Google Drive folder, you'll find the cards as well as instructions for use. The holidays can be draining on people's mental health, especially if they don't have a lot of support around this time of year. These cards are sure to bring seasonal cheer wherever they go!
