
There are so many people out there who have mental illnesses who do not have the resources to receive and official diagnoses.
This does not make their symptoms any less valid.
While we believe that finding resources and management that works best for you is the best course of action, it’s also important to note the inequalities that our healthcare system has.
Every person you meet has had their own life stories and their own trauma. Some people need more time than others to reach out for the help they need.
