Finding Resources

This topic is a huge deal for us here at The Fingerprint Project. We believe the sooner someone gets resources, the more likely they are to reach out with they need help. Our goal is to give people these resources BEFORE they need them.

Think about what is available in your school, town, or workplace. Where would you go if you needed someone to talk to? Who would you call if a friend was in trouble? In a perfect world, you would already know these answers, but most do not.

If your school or workplace does not have any resources in place, consider talking to teachers or administration on what you can do to fix that. Even if you are not struggling, you never know how many other people are you are.

Take some time today to learn about what mental health resources are available in your local area, so you may pass these along to someone in need!
