Joking About Mental Health

Laughing away the pain is acceptable. Finding ways to have fun in a bad situation is okay. What’s not okay is making others feel bad about their mental health.
Something you may see as funny, someone else can be triggered by. Especially when you’re talking over the internet, things can be taken in a way you did not intend it to be taken. Be wary of the feelings of others and know your audience.
When in doubt, just don’t. Words cannot be unsaid.
