A support system does not need to be huge or complicated, it just needs to fit tour needs. If you need a huge group of friends to help you out, that’s great. If you need a specialist or medication to help you out, that’s is perfectly okay as well.

You support system can also differ between professional help and non-professional resources. Once again, everyone is so different in what makes them feel safe.

The most important part of figuring out your support system is knowing who will be there for you when you need them, and, of course, who will be helpful in your time of need.

Lastly, make sure you have your resources BEFORE you need them. You’re much less likely to look for support in a time of crisis if you dont already know where to find it.
